In addition to the pieces of Profilemaker Pro that have been mentioned
in previous posts, another really (for me) significant difference is
that PM Pro can use ambient light measurement data from the EyeOne and
use this in the profile. You can then have profiles which are targeted
to a specific light source. 
BTW, the profiles from EyeOne Match and PM Pro are visually
indistinguishable from one another.

The question I have is whether the profiling software that comes with
Eye-One Photo is as good as ProfileMaker Pro (ex CMYK and the ability to
profile other devices).  I have heard on the one hand that it is the
same
but on the other that it generates a better profile...
