Digital BW, The Print

Has anyone discovered a howto, or any published information
about how to get Linux and QTR working?  I know Linux is
supposed to be usable with QTR, but the nice documentation on
the QTR web page appears primarily for MAC users, and there
definately seems to be some differences with the way 
gimp-print is configured in Linux. 

I am familiar with Linux, but just a basic, cut and dry list
of steps of what to do would be an enormous help.

Anyone?
