I never had leaks from either the rivits or the EZ-Plugs...but of course I mean AFTER they were installed. I did get leaking as I installed or removed both. Maybe that's what you refer to. Or maybe you had a bad cart seal. Or maybe I'm just lucky<g>. Anyway, the EZ-Plugs are around $15, quite a price diff from the Rivets. If you want to see them, they may still be on the nomorecarts.com site under "accesories". If not there you may find a picture at mediastreet, or possibly inkjetart.com It consists of pins mounted in clear plastic rectangles. One pin for the k cart and 3 or 5 pins mounted in a row for the 1160 or 1280 color cart, depending. Big advantage is they go in and out fast. Disadvantage is I have had so many crack apart on me it's getting to be an old joke. They are replaced under warrenty.
