Barry, I too have often had such problems when using thick papers like PR 308 gsm, and BC Satine 300 gsm. The coating seem to slip, and the feed mechanism does not get enough traction. I jsut turn the printer off for a while, and then feed epson photogloss (not the premium one) through the system. Tacky papers such as HP gloss also works well. Good luck.
