Digital BW, The Print

I have just tried to fill a new CIS cartridge set from MIS with FS 
inks, using the vacuum filling method step by step.

The black cartridge filled up without problems, but the CMY 
colors only loaded a very small amount of ink (about 1cc) , and 
the tubes are empty about 4 inches from the cartridge. What can 
I do? Can I fill the CMY cartridge using the bottom fill method 
(even if there is some ink in it) and then print print several purge 
images until the ink flows from the bottles to the cartridge 
chambers again?

I just wanted to hear if anyone has experienced something 
similar ...????
