The Epson driver and MIS FS inksets (standard and neutral), as Jeff Randall mentioned, are great options. Also, the variable-tone/mix inks that MIS sells are an option. I just had my 1160 repaired -- new head -- at close to what I paid for it because that printer has so many ink and workflow options (and is the best test ink bed for my purposes). (I'll be working on a dye-based, FS/Piezo compatible inkset next for both glossy paper and film, but I don't recommend you wait for or use this.
