I spoke with Bob at MIS about an inkset that would match the piezo/bw for the 7000. They have not developed that as yet (and may not at all). He referred me to Paul Roark, who, as we know, is developing a system that will work for the 7000 using MIS inks and the Epson driver. Paul strongly advises against using the MIS inks with the Cone driver because one of the inks is color and the resulting prints will be very strange looking. So, I am still searching for an alternative inkset that will work with the Cone driver rather than the expensive Cone inks.
