I Googled "inksupply.com reviews" and see a three star rating, though there are some one star ratings in the reviews. There clearly are instances of delivery problems/slowness.
I'm not in a position to know what is going on with them. I suspect it's a low volume business such that if the product is not on the shelf when an order comes in they wait until they have more orders before placing their order with the wholesaler. I continue to have a 7800 with Eboni-6 (my generic base in the dilutions) and a 9800 with the MIS PK and dilutions (their amber base) running well. They sat for over a month recently and the grand total of missing nozzles was one on the glossy carbon 9800, which took a single extra cleaning cycle to clear.
