I had great support from MIS in the past ..
I did receive a response from MIS. It appears with the older printers, they do not necessarily stock the parts, like chips. So, they have to buy them to fill the order. It takes some time to fulfill the order. They say the order has now shipped.
Will your Clear Base formula work with Jon Cone inks ?
I don't know. Edoni, Canon Lucia, and HP are the pigments I have used for a long time with the generic base with very good success.
