And you can also use the "collapse columns" feature in conjunction with the search/filter menu to reduce the extensive number of columns, then reintroduce only those columns of information that you want to view for any particular inquiry. 

Thanks Ernst, for giving a nice example on using the search and filtering capabilities of the AaI&A light fade test results database. This search/filter engine is very Excel-like, and with a little practice one can use it to drill down into the database results for very targeted comparisons of results within the larger database. That said, I have the sense that few AaI&A members actually use this powerful feature of the AaI&A database.
