Digital BW, The Print

I have a new windows7 64 bit  computer, and lost all of my QTR files in my old one VISTA 32 bit..I wish to install Paul Roark's QUAD 1400CL file from 1/8/2012b .  My program files show the 1400CL bin, but..I totally forget how to get it into QTR..I tried a drag AND DROP WITHOUT SUCCESS..Any help would be appreciated
