Try Red River Polar Matte - double sided. When you figure you can print on both 
sides, I don't think you can get much less expensive. 


Shipping can be a bit high unless you order two boxes at a time.

I use Red River Premium Matte in 47# for my everyday printing. I buy the 24 inch 
roll and cut to size This gives me 13 inch and 8 1/2 11 and 8 x 10 paper sizes 
depending on how you cut it it also is available double sided it takes some work 
and time to flatten the paper but it is fairly inexpensive in 24 inch rolls . As 
a Note when in a rush and do not have time to flatten many pages I buy the 13 x 
38 panorama paper and cut it into needed length either two 13 x 19 or three 13 x 
12 2/3 for printing for 12 x 12 scrapbook pages then I trim after printing for 
borderless pages. As mentioned buying several sizes or types of paper at once 
gets you combined shipping.
