I have updated (added to) the 1400 Eboni-6 Profiles Zip file at http://www.paulroark.com/BW-Info/1400-Eb6-Profiles.zip Among other things, I am now using an Arches Hot Press QTR profile that uses Eb6-C as a "toner." I've been able to lower the increase in the Lab B and make a smoother print this way. For Epson Hot Press Natural I have a QTR profile that uses more Eb6-Y to make a more neutral print. (It's the "high-Y" profile.) The increase in the Lab B over the paper white is only 1.5 units. (One unite is considered "barely perceptible.") That plus a 1.74 dmax makes for an impressive 100% carbon pigment print that looks quite neutral. At the other end for Epson HPn, I have an ICC that (called "MW") that gets a delta-b of 2.8.
