Digital BW, The Print

You might try installing the profile. I forget if that is an option that
pops with Win 7 but some times, it worked if rather than just placing the
profile in the right place, you actually run the utility that installs
(right click on profile) it. Sounds crazy but I have seen that fix issues on
some systems.

You may be having a file name issue. The file name that is given to the ICC
is not the file name it has internally. I had this problem with CS4; the ICC
files would be in the correct folder, but CS4 would not display them in the
list of available ICCs in the printer set up. 

I found a utility that reads the internal file name from the file. I'm at
work, so I can't get you more detailed information right now, but using this
I could check the name and then change the actual file name to the internal
name. Voila! The ICC shows right up in CS4 after changing then name.
