I can help with one of your queries, David. On the QTR list Roy suggested
the following process to print calibration targets. . .

Due to lack of a No Color Management in CS5, printing calib in CS5 is
harder.
Assign sRGB to the target file, then print with PS manages color and sRGB as
the Print profile.    (there's no way to do it in Lightroom)
