Polysix HTV P-1501 replace ?

Hi everyone...
I´m new in this forum, and my first question
is related about a component in the Polysix
key assigner circuit.
I´ve found that its problem is the optocoupler
marked as "HTV P1501", and called "PC-1" in the
Polysix schems.
I had temporarily replaced it by another HTV P-1501
(from another Polysix), but I need to replace it
by an equivalent or something that works equally.
I don´t found any data on internet about the name
of this component, or its name parts ("HTV" or "P1501").
Can you help me about this?
