For the question about DW8000 output.
There's nothing wrong with using an y-cable for output
if you want. I always monitor my keyboards in stereo ,
however, just seem to sound better that way.
There's a switch on the back of the DW that changes
the
signal amount to match different input devices.
You might check that and see if that's causing the
lower output.
