It definitely is something in the keybed itself I believe. I've ordered one from Syntaur for 40$, figure its cheap enough to start like that. Thanks for the info!
Also, having a brain fart of a moment. I took all the keys out, and to reinstall I know I have to start with the black keys, but can not figure out how the springs go back in. Does anyone have any advice, pictures etc?
