I thought about what Keith said...taking the lid off. So I broke out my SD-5100 series kung-fu grip screw-driver and went to town, to my dismay, I didn't get a chance to get ugly with my pliers and blow- torch, the battery was out of its cradle. Rob / Self taught DTXpress technician.
