Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

When adding dual triggers to 9/10,do you use mono cords or stereo.The 
manual says i need a stereo to mono patchx2, thats as far as it 
goes.....thanks, the new guy to all this fancy electronic "stuff"...

When adding two mono pads, you'll need two mono cords and a stereo 
splitter (TRS) to connect with input 9/10. For most dual-zone pads, 
you'll need the same; many of them have a single output and come with 
a TRS splitter with two female ends for the mono cables that would go 
to 9/10. Don't connect a splitter with two stereo leads into the 
module instead of a dual-mono TRS (tip, ring, sleeve) splitter; one 
of the zones won't show up.
