Hey There,
Just got my new DTXpress in today.
Ima member of the korgboards and a drummer of 18 yrs now.
I have my own recording studio and play in a Christian Rock band.

I hope to find this forum as useful as KORGBOARDS.COM.

All Ive ever played is acustic kits so this is my first. Im sure
there is some learning curves involved. My other kit is a Yamaha YD
series with all Zil. cymbals. I plan on mixing this electric kit up
a bit with some of the other kit.

Later,
Billy

Hey Billy,

Welcome to the group. Yes, there is a learning curve, but boy is it
fun to climb. You'll get lots of valuable, prompt information from
the members, and I'm sure that your experience will have much to
offer in return. Your ongoing adventure of integrating acoustic and
electronic will be interesting to us all. Stay with us, and don't
hesitate to ask and comment.

Welcome aboard, you'll find alot of helpful and friendly people here. Don't
be afraid to ask any question, no matter how simple you think it is.

Do a factory reset of the module before you start changing/storing kits.
There's a bug in the module, that will cause strange things to happen if you
don't. It will save you headaches later.

By the way, I bought a Korg D1200CD a few months ago, still in a learning
curve mode with it, myself.

Billy:
Welcome. This is certainly the place to come to to find out more
about the DTXpress.

BTW, you'll have a ball with it.
