I absolutely agree about the "high-quality" headphones
point. I personally use Beyer Dynamic DT-311's plugged
directly into my Mission Cyrus II amp. Funny thing is,
though - the output from the headphone socket at the
front is much cleaner and more spacious than the
output from the L & R jacks at the back of the brain.
I've tried both outputs thru the amp and ultimately,
favour the sound from the headphones output.
Has anyone else found this?

I use a pair of Sennheiser closed HD250 (150ohm) - they sound great, are very comfortable but cost £120 (yikes!!) driven from a separate hi-fi amplifier.

Hi,

Yeah, Sennheisers rules! I have HD535 and they cost 200$, but they are worth 
it. Way to go Sennheisers!!
