I would heartily recommend the Yamaha FP850, great pedal, fast responsive
and fits well to your kick tower.

Since I dont have a foot pedal, I should choose one for the set.
Which pedal can you recommend me in words of affordability and usage.
I know that there is a FP 700, a chain pedal. FP 750 chain + plate
pedal. Is FP 700 satisfatory for the kit ?

Ozzy.

Choosing a pedal is very personal. It isn't about the kit it's played
on. It's about the person that plays it. Go to the shop and try them
out. Most pedals are more of less adjustable to your liking. Don't
just stick to yamaha, other brands produce great pedals (look at tama
iron cobra jr or stadard iron cobra, pearl etc.) You could also look
for a second hand DW pedal or something. Personally I prefer the
Ludwig Speedking, because of it's directness and smoothness. But It's
way too expensive for me. So I bought a Iron cobra. It has a metal
plate and a double chain. This gives me the stability I like. But
there are lot's of far better drummer than me who play with "lesser"
pedals. Some even don't care what pedal...
