Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I understand there is a book on the DTXpress. Is it worth getting?

Two posts in the archive that say something about it are 953 and 
1223. Russ Miller, the author of the book, sells it from his 
website. But you can find it elsewhere.
