Trigger problem TP65S

Trigger problem TP65S

2004-12-25 by bongokonzelmann

Well, I am sitting with a trigger problem with my DTXPIII. In certain
situations the TP65S fails to trigger correctly. I didn“t notice this
problem until I recently practiced with my band playing some old R&R
stuff, that required to play quick quavers with the right hand and a
stroke with the left hand every 4th quaver. When by coincidence it
happens that both right and left stick hit the pad exactly the same
time (you also can feel it by the kind of that special rebound) the
effect is that the trigger signal is not louder (what you would
expect) but sounds significantly softer. - Does anybody have come
across that problem?

Just for info: The snare is mounted to an own stand, no cross talk
problems. All rejection parameters are reduced to lowest levels.
Trigger curve "hard 2".

The best Christmas wishes from Germany. Bongo.
