On the II choking was only available on inputs 2,6,7. I don't have the III module, but with the pad is assigned as type RHH130, the choking is disabled. So you maybe able to setup the PCY150s as a type RHH130 and see if it works, which theoretically should disable the choking, but you will have to see how the bell/pad/rim setups and triggers. OGD
