Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Perfect, that was it.

I just had a look into the midi note assignments of some of the preset
kits. There doesn´t seem to exist any rule. For instance tom 1/2/3
pads are not assigned to numbers following each other in ascending order.
