If only that were the case.  I've tried in the past to find anywhere 
here in the UK that sells the TPCL65 and CYAT65 but to no avail.  
I've just had another quick look online and again have come up with 
nothing.

All is not lost however as the rack is a standard 1.5" tubing and 
many clamps from other manufacturers fit.  I have a Gibraltar-a-like 
made by Stagg which I got from my local drum shop for (if memory 
serves) £11.99.  This holds practically anything you can think of.  
I use mine to hold a boom for an extra cymbal pad but you'd need a 
Yamaha tom holder for a tom pad obviously.  I'm not sure of the cost 
of those.
