Try a headphone feed from the back of the module, adjusting the 
volume with the knob on the front. You should be able to get a level 
commensurate with what comes out of the headphone jack. If not, the 
output may be damaged. By the way, you are adjusting the output 
volume with the knob on the front, right?  What happens if you run a 
line out from the headphone jack to the Behringer?
