Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Congrats Dan,
Actually I think that the most important aspect of the
kit is the headphones. Given past information about
volume levels you will find the better the headphone
the louder the kit is and the more bass it seems to
produce when you are listening to it.
I was initially very upset with the performance until
I purchased a set of Senhieser HD25 headphones. The
difference was amazing and now am very happy with the
DTXpress. I am considering the building of a speaker
set up so I can hook the kit and accompaniment music
through an amp. Looking at 2 * boxs with 10" woofer
and horns, from something like JAYCAR or another do it
yourself electronics supplier. Any one else got any
thoughts on this. I will be using an stereo amplifier
Yamaha that I have as a spare, I think it has 50w per
channel, its for practice purposes only.
