Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I have added the Sysex info for the Dtxpress I. According to Yamaha 
the DTX2.0 does have the ability to issue system change instructions, 
so that it would be difficult or impossible to write code for it. So 
it looks like it will be limited to use with the Dtxpress I/II/III 
and the Dtxtreme I/II only.

Also, we cannot use the phrase "Yamaha" or "DTX" or any Yamaha 
trademarked logo as a part of the name of the utility. We need to 
also put a disclaimer that the utility is not supported or approved 
for use by Yamaha and they will not cover any usage of the utility 
under warranty repairs.

So, I think the originator of the utility should have the honor of 
giving it an appropriate name.
