After getting out the measuring tape I realized that the 
measurements that I gave you was a center line of tube to center 
line of tube which included mounting brackets, rubber feet, etc. 
That is what I used in order to generate the 3D Cadd drawing of my 
earlier drum kit. I also had flip some of the tubes around. The 
measurements of the actual tubes are:

Module tube (1 each) = 16"
Main crossbrace (2 each) = 27"
Rack feet (2 each) = 20"
Main vertical leg (2 each) = 36"
Snare/Tom tube (2 each) = 20"

Hope this helps, with design of a rack for your Koby drum pads.
