A review of Koby products would be great.

They reviewed their mesh head pads in Rhythm (drumming magazine in the UK for our worldwide friends) earlier this year and got a very good review.

Of all the mesh head options for the DTXpress it looks the cheapest and best alternative. I will bite the bullet very soon and buy one....promise!! They have some nifty NANO-pads too which look handy in an acoustic setup.

Unless we could write a lovely letter to Colin Schofield (KOBY MD) to send someone an "evaluation" setup? I have emailed them a lot with questions about compatibility and technical specs of their pads and they're always happy to oblige and prompt too.

In fact I could write them a nice little email now....

Thanks, Spence. By the way, since you're in the UK, what do you think
about our trying to arrange a review of Koby products? That way, we
could get information that might help those who don't have easy
access to US suppliers. If the company also agreed to supply
pertinent information about itself and its philosophy, we could all
benefit.
