finally decided that maybe the pad is too light-weight (I don't play
very hard. I've tried everything I can think of to no avail. I'm
seriously considering new cymbal pads, but would like to know if
anyone has had any luck with their settings or even hardware
configuration. Most of the time I end up substituting my middle tom
for a ride.� What I'm looking for is great ride response at up-tempos
playing jazz (quarter=180bpm to 270bpm/ching a-ching a-ching ching
ching a-ching, etc.).
