Actually I've looked at a number of different options for that.

a) Someone could be appointed the "picture admin" and have photos emailed
to them. Then they would make sure the pics are relevant and use an FTP
account I would create to place the photos in the appropriate place (this
would keep us from being used as a porn/warez/mp3's/etc sharing site).

b) I could install an automated system where registered users that are
logged in can upload photos. I've seen a couple of PHPBB plugins that do
this, but I haven't spent any more than a bit of time reading up on them.

In effect, I am sorta waiting to see which way the folks here want to
march before I build much more road... possibly in the wrong direction...
