Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I'm new to electronic drums and this forum :-)
 I add reason 2.5 and of course a DTXpress , I use Midiman 2x2 to 
connect it to my laptop.
But the trigger doesn't play the correct sound, event worse, some 
trigger activate Mute button !

Do I have to reconfig completely my drums to record my drums to 
reason ?
