I have been thinking about trying some other types of ecymbals and after reading lots of posts and reviews (some on this board), I decided to give the Visu-lites a try. The problem that I am having is that the support there seems to be nil which is exactly the opposite of what I have read. I placed an order, waited 5 or 6 days and had seen no feedback. I checked online and it said the order was unshipped. I sent an email to see what was up and was told by reply that they would ship that day. 3 days later and I still haven't seen any confirmation, the online status still says unshipped and my credit card hasn't been charged. I sent another email and got no reply so I called the number listed on their website. I got some kind of generic recording that just said "leave a message" so I'm not even sure if that was them or if the number may have changed. I may be a little excited to get my new cymbals but this seems pretty slack compared to other drummer's experiences with them that I have read. Any of you guys or gals bought anything from them direct lately? Is this typical of their approach to dealing with customers? If so maybe I beter cancel and try some harts or something.
