Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

Hi , i have one of my cymbal pad ( Yamaha stereo ) it's a second pad 
and on this one the ride surface is for a splash , the problem is 
that i have to wait 2 or 3 seconde before i can play a second note on 
this surface , i first think it was because i use a long decay for 
this splash but even if i reduce decay and make it to 0 the problem 
still here .... 
one thing i have to say is that for now as i don't yet have a enough 
stereo cable for this new streo cymbal pad i use the stereo cable of 
the snare pad and snare pad entry too for this cymbal pad 
anybody can help me ?
