Re: [DTXpress] Midi Send Help

2003-01-13 by Scott Bettersworth

1st. Make sure hat you go through the midi setup in
the DTXpress manual. It is short and easy.

2nd Did you put the switch on the back of the DTXpress
module to midi? If not do so.

3rd Make sure the MIDI OUT on the DTX module is
connected to the MIDI IN on the computer/midi module.
And that the MIDI IN on the DTX module is connected to
the MIDI OUT on the computer/midi module.

4th In Cakewalk do the following:
a) make sure you have the DTX assigned to the midi
port and channel(s) that you intend to assign during
record/playback. This is done from one of the menus at
the top (can't remember which)

If you understandhow cakewalk works, you should be
able to get things to work at this point.

Good Luck
