There's no direct way to alter the EQ (Bass/Treble)
for each pad. It's a kit-wide adjustment. However, you
*can* alter the Cutoff Frequency for individual pads.
This might get the effect you're looking for. You'll
find it in the Edit menu under
KIT IN=pad x V=1
Decay=0 Fc=0

With Fc set to +64, you'll get the brightest sound for
that voice. Adjusting the Fc setting to a negative
value (min -64) will get you a duller sound. It's not
a true EQ but it's the nearest thing to it.
