You cannot change the sounds in the DTXpress so you cannot do what you are suggesting. The only possible solution is to use the midi in the DTXpress to trigger sounds in something else (PC or SPD-20) but I am midi illiterate, so I am not sure how you would do that (if it is possible). Keith.
