Hi Jesse,

Yes it does support both dual zone and stereo pads.  If you have a 
true dual zone, then you are limited to input 9/10.  If you have a 
stereo pad (Yamaha and Pintech have them, maybe others too) then you 
can use those on inputs 1 - 8.
