My guess is that the 60W AXL will fail you in the bass frequencies, 
at least--especially the transients that toms and kick will send 
their way. I haven't seen any specs on the amp, but if it rolls off 
too steeply, your lower tones may not sound too convincing. If it 
doesn't, they may distort like crazy at high volume. The power rating 
is awfully low.

Going stereo is preferable to mono for soundstage purposes, but one 
good amp capable of doing justice to the frequency response and 
dynamic range of the kit is a much better bet than two that can't 
cope. Steph's judgment is trustworthy. She's had her Behringer for 
some time. It delivers, and it hasn't broken down.  I think that OGD 
uses it, too, at least sometimes.
