Yamaha DTXpress/DTXplorer/DTXtreme

I've decided to use my DTXpress2 (with acoustic cymbals) live for the 
first time.  After reading through some of the archives here, I've 
become a *little* nervous and think I may bring a few acoustic drums 
along just in case.

Should I be concerned about the stage shaking and causing unintended 
triggers?

How far away should I be setup from amps, pa speakers, monitors, etc?

Are there any other strange module behaviors I should be prepared for?

Lastly, when I've been practicing with the kit with a band, I've 
noticed that the first (and usually only) pad that seems to always 
stop responding is one of the two in the 9/10 input.  Could there be 
a reason for this?

I'd appreciate any advice anyone could give me so this gig goes as 
well as possible.
