Yeah, I also assumed that Musician's Friend had errors on their pages. That's probably what it is. I've dealt with MF in the past, and they've always been reliable, but I was a bit skeptical when both the customer service representative (on the phone) and the representatives that I emailed at MF all said the same thing: no kick pedal, no throne; just the hi-hat stand. Actually, the sales person by e-mail just copy/pasted the entire listing into his message! I've been told by every MF source that I've contacted that the DTX3SP package ONLY comes with the hi-hat stand! I sure hope they're all mistaken. --- In DTXpress@yahoogroups.com, Charles Baer <charlie@i...> wrote: > MF is a low overhead warehouse operation that has a reputation > of not ripping off their customers, more likely the phone support > checked the exact same web page with errors in the description. > That's exactly what I had experienced in the past when calling to > get details on various items and the person on the other end would > pull up the page I was already using to get the same bad info. > > If you follow the review link lower down on the DTX3SP page, you > will see that it disagrees and states that the Standard kit has only the > HH stand but the SP has all three extra pieces.
