Hi - I'd love to purchase and test the new software. I have owned an Evolver in the past, and I have the rack version arriving early next week.

In any case - I'd love to do this, if it's ok that I wouldn't actually be able to test it out until next week.

Hi Tony,

I thought beta testers got paid rather than charged!

Strange

Hi Jim,

It was an excellent NAMM show - I had a couple of quick chats with
Dave (he had a lot of celebs demoing the PEK and MEK througout the
show, by the way - It was very busy in his booth). Elsewhere in the
show, the control surface / controller keyboard craze continues to
grow with more and more of these affordable studio options popping
up from manufacturers across the board. In the next 6 months
Psicraft will be releasing many more OEM Vyzors as well as several
much-anticipated retail Vyzors. See www.vyzor.com for a quick
overview.

Ok, ok, I'm teasing you by not getting to the real news on Vyzor
Evolver - Sorry. We've started on the manual now and are about to
start external beta testing on Monday.

Those who can't wait for the official release can contact me off-
list to arrange a pre-release download purchase: This will make you
part of the beta team for $59 USD (This is the $79 price minus $20
crossgrade discount which will be automatically applied to pre-
release purchases). Pre-releasers will also get the release version
when it's ready, of course.

All the best,

Tony

What beta tests have you been getting paid for??? Sign me up wherever
that's happening...

[Evolver] Re: Psicraft editor - Time for an update...

Hi Andy,

As I said, 'Those who can't wait for the official release' can do
this. At least then you'll KNOW you're paying to beta test, which is
not usually the case when buying version 1.0 software these days.

For those who expect 100% quality assurance and are patient well-
centered individuals, by all means please continue waiting for the
official release.

All the best,

Tony

Hey, just had a look at their website. Am I correct in saying that this Evolver editor will present itself as a VST allowing you to control your Evolver from within a VST, giving total recall etc? If so this firkin rocks!

Soz if this is obvious but only just picked up on this from their site..

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
