Sorry, I thought the posts at EX5Tech were clear. My .WAV to Evolver
SysEx utility converts .WAV files (that are *exactly* 128 samples in
length) to a .syx file that you can load into your Evolver's user
waveform slots. In other words, my utility is a format converter. I
also have a simple calculator to assist you in determining the amount
of pitch shift you need to apply to your existing .WAV samples in
order to make them exactly 128 samples in length. Make sense?
If you're interested, additional technical details regarding the
specs for the Evolver's user waveform data are in the back of your
owners manual.
