I'm going to give it ago this weekend when I will have some spare time.
The hosts I regularly use are AudioMulch and Energy XT. I don't think it will work with Mulch as it's midi capabilities are pretty limited but hopefully I'll be able to run it from XT. I'll also give it ago in CPS.
I'll let you know how I get on (and doubtless bug you for help if I get stuck ;)
Has anyone else on the list got it working? Whilst I prefer tweaking the evolver itself (the desktop editor is much underrated imo :) there are some features I like the look of verymuch.

Subject: [Evolver] Evolver Editor VSTi
I've updated the installation instructions for the VST editor i built, there are some extra
objects needed to get it to work. its a little complicated to install the necessary components,
but not more than 20 minutes work really.
I hope someone can get it to work, because its pretty useful, for me at least. and its free!
basically you can integrate the Evolver seamlessly with Live (and probably other DAWs) . for
instance, when you save your song in Live, and then load it up, the evolver will revert to the
state it was in when you last saved the song. all the data is saved as VST parameter data.
