An interesting idea in general, to set aside 10 low midi notes to act as a 
keypad to type in patch numbers. Not sure it would fly in an evolver or any 
synth or have to, but it would be cool if a midi controller did that and 
merely sent out the patch change messages. Actually didn't some casios way 
back when have the keys select patches?
