Here is a quick and dirty example of the tuned delays:

It shows only part of the endless possibilities of the 3 Evolver delay
lines.
I didn't take much care of correct mixing, therefor there is some nasty
clipping and distortion sometimes.

First you hear a single saw oscillator, then a tuned delay is added. In the
next part a differently tuned delay, then both, the (take care of your
speakers !) a very nasty distortion if too much delay leeds to a feedback
loop. At last there is the typical phaser/flanger effect if the deay is
tuned by an LFO. At severla points an additional conventional echoe is
added.

In the 2nd part there is the same only with slower envelopes and a more
padlike sound.

The third part is without any oscillator at all. You hear a short noise
click as a trigger for the delays at the beginning, then the different
delays fading in. That's what some people call a kind of physical modelling
and that's where my ability to explain more ends ;-)
